“I believe that specialising enables me to be better than a generalist”
Why only persistent? Because if this is only the first or second time you’ve had back pain or you’ve only had it for a week, it’ll probably clear up on its own. But it’ll almost certainly happen again (60% of them do). Once you realise that a quick fix isn’t likely, and you’re keen to play an active role in your recovery, then – and only then – will we see you.
I’m interested in long-term recoveries. There are many clinicians who will offer you a quick fix. As an osteopath with 25 years experience, I can do the quick fix, but it holds little interest for me. If you want a long-term sustainable improvement, then I can help. Otherwise, choose someone else – sorry if that seems a bit blunt.
I’d love to be able to help everyone, but life is short, so I focus on those who are ready to help themselves. If you answer yes to the questions below, then I may see you. If any of them are “no” (or my prices are too high), then try our online personalised interactive web platform for lower back pain and sciatica sufferers, or buy the active X backs book.
I believe we should all be able to wake up painlessly and live a full and active life, but I also believe in responsibility. If you’re ready to do some of the work (and you answer yes to all of the below), then give Andreea a ring, or drop her an email. You can consult me in person, or online via skype – either will work.
Q Have you had pain for more than 2 weeks, or have you had more than 2 previous episodes?
Q Is your pain restricting you from doing things you’d like to do?
Q Are you willing to make changes necessary to improve your health?
Q Do you believe painkillers do not cure the problem?
If you answer YES to ALL of the above then please Request an Appointment
