  • Allowing the tissues to heal and resolving inflammation
  • Loading optimally and variably
  • Functioning optimally
  • Strengthening the tissues so that you’re less likely to strain them

Some short term relievers which may affect nociception are painkillers, ice or hot packs, physical therapy, physical activity, self-massage
